How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, select your size, add it to your shopping bag and checkout. Or, if you know the name or style number of the product you would like to order online, type it into the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You can always call us and we can assist you with your online purchase over the phone. We can be reached at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST).

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information. You can also track your order anytime online; all you need is your order number and email address.

How do I cancel/change my order?

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Don't worry though, you do have the option of returning your order once it has arrived at your door. If you would like to cancel, please call us at (800) 453-3348, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm (CST) and we will do our best to help.

How long do I wait before I receive my order?

It can take 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. For standard shipping you should receive your order in 5-10 business days. For expedited shipping your order arrives within 2-3 business days.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States including APO or FPO addresses. Currently we do not ship internationally or to United States Territories.

Why doesn't my promotion code work?

Promotion codes are entered during the checkout process. Certain thresholds or items may be required as stated in addition most codes will have an expiration date. 

Please note that copy/paste of codes may not work - it is best to key in the code.  One other thing to note, only one promotion code may be applied per order.

What is your coupon code policy?

All promotional offers have the following restrictions unless otherwise posted:

Discounts are valid on single shipment address in the United States.  Qualifying purchase based on pre-tax, post-discount amount and excludes Shipping & Handling charges. The Promotion will be applied, if eligible, in cart, only once per household and may not be combined with any other offer. Excludes Riders by Lee, Lee 101, Lee 101 Europe, Lee Europe products and all items marked at Lee Value. Offer valid on phone orders for products available online at Lee.com and orders placed online at Lee.com. Phone orders require a valid email address.  Not valid on purchases from retail stores where Lee products are sold. Void where prohibited.

Where can I purchase Lee products?

Lee branded merchandise can be purchased at any authorized retailer or VF Outlet stores. You can find your local authorized retailer by using the Find A Store feature located at the top of your screen.

How can I be added to the Lee email list?

It's very easy to be added to our email list.  Simply visit our Sign Up page and enter your email address.  

How can I be removed from the Lee email list?

It's quite easy to change your email preferences.  Simply visit our email preference page to change what you are receiving, when you are receiving email or even to opt completely out.  

What if an item is online but sold out or not available, can I still purchase it?

Of course, you can find items you see online in your local Lee authorized retailer.  Our retailers may not carry every style, color or size.  It may be best to give them a call first before visiting.  To locate a local authorized retailer in your area, visit our Find A Store feature at the top of the page.

I purchased a Lee item in a store, how do I return it?

The best way to find out about the return policy on the item you bought is to call the store where you made your purchase. The store will be able to assist you with the information on how to return the item.
