We want you to be happy when you open your order. If your expectations are not met, you can return unworn items within 60 days of shipment date.

For all returns please ensure items being mailed back are in original condition: unworn, tags intact, and packaging material present. The process is easy.  Inside your shipment you will find a postage-paid return label for your convenience.  Once your return is received we will refund you in the method you paid.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise please do not worry, we will be glad to replace that item for you.  Simply give us a call us at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST) and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

If I would like to return my order, how do I do that?

For online order returns, you have a simple way to return your purchase to us within 60 days. Conveniently mail it back to us to process a return or exchange using the pre-paid shipping label included in your order.  We will refund you (minus shipping) in the same method you paid. 

Can't find your pre-paid shipping label? No worries, just mail the item back to us using the shipping method of your choice. The address to mail your items back is below. We recommend sending your order back via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or delivery confirmation at the post office. Items can get lost in the mail and this way you will know it has reached us. Please include your packing slip with mailing.

What is your return policy?

For Lee.com purchases we accept returns within 60 days of shipment date. For all returns we ask that all items are returned in original condition, unworn, tags are intact, and packaging material is present. We will refund you in full.

What if I don't have my order number?

If you don’t have your order number or you received the item as a gift, please contact our Consumer Relations department and we will be glad to help you get the order number.  Simply give us a call us at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST).

How long does it take to refund my money after I return it?

We will process your return as quickly as we can and will refund you (minus shipping) in the same method you paid. We will fully process your return within 2 weeks of receiving; it may take longer for the refund to post to your account depending on your bank.

Can I get a price adjustment for items now on sale?

How can I return an item using PayPal?

The process is the same as for other payment methods.  Items purchased using PayPal will follow the same process and a credit will be applied to a PayPal account.
