RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy.?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

Returns Rules & Restrictions

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which it was shipped.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
  • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Lee.com Associate immediately at 1.800.453.3348.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

    Standard Return Shipping

    If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:

    1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and accessories. All products must be returned in original condition, all tags must be attached, to ensure full credit.
    2. Complete the return form and include it in the return package.
    3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
    4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
    • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
    • To receive credit, Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
    • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
    • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    Enclose the completed form with your returned merchandise and simply return the product by mail to:

    To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and all tags must be attached. Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which it was shipped.

    Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Lee Jeans is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.

    If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Services and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments.

    Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4-6 weeks and credit your card. Once the return has been processed please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

    Reordering an Item

    If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item you will need to return the original item and call a Lee.com Representative at 1.800.453.3348. The Representative will place your exchange order with free Ground shipping. Your credit card will then be charged for the new product. Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited for the original product price plus any applicable taxes.

    Please note that original shipping, handling or other additional charges will not be refunded.
