RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy when you open your order. If your expectations are not met, you can return unworn items within 60 days of shipment date.

For all returns please ensure items being mailed back are in original condition: unworn, tags intact, and packaging material present. The process is easy. Inside your shipment you will find a postage-paid return label for your convenience. Once your return is received we will refund you in the method you paid.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise please do not worry, we will be glad to replace that item for you. Simply give us a call at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST) and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

For online order returns, you have a simple way to return your purchase to us within 60 days. Conveniently mail it back to us to process a return or exchange. We will refund you (minus shipping) in the same method you paid.

Simply enclose the completed form with your returned merchandise and use the pre-paid shipping label. For faster processing please ensure the order form has your order number, name, address, daytime phone number, email address and reason for return. You can drop off your return at your local U.S. post office. Please note to be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Lee Jeans is not responsible for lost packages.

We will process your return as quickly as we can and will refund you (minus shipping) in the same method you paid. We will fully process your return within 2 weeks of receiving; it may take longer for the refund to post to your account depending on your bank.

I lost my pre-printed shipping label, what do I do?

No worries, just mail the item back to us using the shipping method of your choice. The address to mail your items back is below. We recommend sending your order back via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or delivery confirmation at the post office. Items can get lost in the mail and this way you will know it has reached us. Please include your packing slip with mailing.

What if I don't have my order number?

If you don’t have your order number or you received the item as a gift, please contact our Customer Service department and we will be glad to help you get the order number. Simply give us a call us at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST).

EXCHANGES & REORDERS

We want you to be happy when you open your order. If your item needs to be exchanged for another size, color or fit, we are happy to help make it right. For online order exchanges, simply return your purchase to us within 60 days and we will process an exchange.

You can start the process either online through your order history or simply give us a call at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (CST) and we will be happy to get things started. For exchanges initiated by calling, we will place your exchange order and ship it for free with standard shipping. Your credit card will be charged for the new order and upon receipt of the return merchandise credit the original form of payment. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded.
