PROMOTIONS & COUPONS

I'm having a problem using my coupon code.

Promotion or coupon codes are entered in step 4 of the checkout process. Certain thresholds or items may be required as stated for each code and most codes will have an expiration date. Please use capital letters when entering a promotion or coupon code. Please do not copy and paste the code. Only one promotion or coupon code may be applied per order. If you are having a problem using your coupon code, please contact Customer Services at 1.800.453.3348.

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® credit cards and money orders as payment. However, you need a credit or debit card to order from this site, so if you don't have one you'll have to send your Wish List to someone who does. You can also visit our retail partners in your town for other payment options.

PLACING ORDERS

How do I pay for my order?

When you find an item you want, click Add To Bag. When you're finished with your selections, click on My Shopping Bag in the upper right corner of the page. From there, you may proceed to check out.

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS

Unfortunately, once you place an order it cannot be altered or cancelled. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason. Check our return policy for all the details.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION FROM LEE

Lee requires you to provide an email address with each order you place. This is necessary so that we can provide you with correspondence about your order. You can also sign up for email updates from Lee about new products and special promotions by going to the Email Sign Up tab in the bottom left corner of the site.

To remove your address from the Lee mailing list, simply click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any e-mail, or log into your account to modify your preferences. This does NOT opt you out of receiving e-mail correspondence about your orders.
