How will Lee.com bill me when I make a purchase?
For your own security and protection (and ours), Lee.com will pre-authorize $1 to verify your billing address and credit card information. Upon successful pre-authorization, we will authorize the full amount of your purchase (plus any applicable tax and shipping charges). Please note that if the $1 pre-authorization fails, we will not proceed to authorize the full amount of your purchase and you will be unable to place your order.
When a purchase is made, these authorization charges are placed on your credit card which temporarily holds the funds on the account. This is not actually a charge to your account. The authorization (both the $1 and the full amount) will drop off from your account within 2-3 business days (depending on your the financial institution).
Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and Lee.com will collect payment and charge your card. If any items on your order are not fulfilled, the amount of the final payment collected will be reduced by the items not shipped.

Why does my credit card or debit card show two charges?
Sometimes credit/debit card statements contain two transactions, but this is only a temporary scenario. When a purchase is made, an authorization is placed on credit/debit card which temporarily holds funds on your account. This is not an actual charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account at that time. The authorization will drop off from your account within 2-3 business days (depending on your financial institution).

I can't find Lee jeans for girls on Lee.com

How do I find the product/style number on my jeans so I can search for them online?
There is a tag located inside the waistband, on the front, left side by the pocket of your Lee jeans. The 7-digit number on that tag is your style number. Type the first 5-digits into the search section of the site and click "go" and if Lee.com offers that style online it'll display on the search results page.

I am unable to track my package. How can I find the status of my order?
Check your original email notifying you your package has been shipped. A link to track your package was provided in your email. Log in to your account on lee.com and view your order history.If you have lost your email or are unable to log into your account, contact Customer Services at 1.800.453.3348.

I can't find Lee Jeans for boys on Lee.com.
Lee Jeans no longer sells Boys products on Lee.com. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can find Lee Boys products online through our Retailers. Please check our store locator.

I'm getting an error message when I try to add a product to my Shopping Bag or My Lee List.
Please make sure when selecting your product that you select the color, size and inseam length. Even if there is only one inseam length available, it must be selected.
If the waist or inseam buttons are "greyed" then that size combination is not currently available.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. On the Packing Slip you received with your order is a Return Code section. Fill in the Return Code next to the item(s) you wish to return, enclose the completed slip with your returned merchandise and simply return the product by mail to:

To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and all tags must be attached. Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which it was shipped.
Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Lee Jeans is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.
If you are returning a defective garment, please call Customer Services and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4-6 weeks and credit your card. Once the return has been processed please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Can I cancel an order once I place it on Lee.com?
Unfortunately, once you place an order it cannot be altered or cancelled. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason.
