How quickly will my order arrive?
• We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
• Orders entered into the online store will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within two (2) to three (3) business days
• Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by the United States Post Office (USPS).
• Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.
• Express shipments will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from when your order ships (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Express orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
• Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses
• Lee Jeans currently ships only to United States and APO and FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to US territories or to international addresses.
How can I make a change to an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, once you place an order it cannot be altered or cancelled. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email notifying you of the shipment that includes a tracking number and shipping method. You can track UPS shipments by entering your tracking number. Your UPS tracking information can be found in Order History under My Account.
