How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. On the Packing Slip you received with your order is a Return Code section. Fill in the Return Code next to the item(s) you wish to return, enclose the completed slip with your returned merchandise and simply return the product by mail. A return label is enclosed in every order.
To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and all tags must be attached. Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which it was shipped.
Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Lee Jeans is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.
If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Services and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4-6 weeks and credit your card. Once the return has been processed please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
