This is a confidential service for employees and their family members. The program provides free, confidential counseling and resources for assistance in areas such as personal and relationship issues, legal issues, financial issues, parenting and family.
Under the plan, employees may contribute a part of their salary and defer taxes until retirement. For the first 6% of your salary that you contribute to the retirement plan, Lee will match 100% of the amount. (Some limitations may apply based on IRS regulations.)
