TEMPORARY SHIPMENT & RETURNS DELAY DETAILS
Due to high demand and system maintenance, we are experiencing delays in shipments and returns beginning March 29, 2021. Orders will be received, but shipment will be delayed according to the below schedule. On account of this delay, shipping is on us today. Orders placed today will ship free in 4 weeks (*free shipping applies to Standard Delivery on orders sent to a single shipment address in lower 48 states).

When should I expect my package to arrive? +-
Orders placed before 12:00 pm ET on March 29 will arrive within 3-11 business days. Due to high demand and system maintenance, orders placed after 12:00pm ET on March 29 will ship within 4 weeks. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Will my credit card be charged?+-
When a purchase is made, an authorization amount is placed on credit/debit cards which temporarily hold funds. This is not actually a charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account.
How will I learn about updates to my order?+-
An order confirmation email will be sent at the time you place your order; once it leaves our facility, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order anytime online; all you need is your order number, email address, and billing zip code.

How do I place an exchange order during this time? +-
Mail it back to us to process a return or exchange using the pre-paid shipping label included in your order. We will refund you (minus original shipping charges) in the same method you paid. If you would like to place an exchange order, please contact us by phone at (800) 453-3348, Monday through Friday 8 am to 6pm (ET). How will I know when my return has been refunded?+-
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be made to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email.
