TEMPORARY SHIPMENT & RETURNS DELAY DETAILS

 

Due to high demand and system maintenance, we experienced delays in shipments March 29, 2021 through May 10, 2021, and returns beginning March 29, 2021. See below schedule for details.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Orders placed before 12:00 pm ET on March 29 will arrive within 3-11 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET on March 29 will ship within 4 weeks. Orders placed between April 28 and May 10 will ship within 1 week. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

When a purchase is made, an authorization amount is placed on credit/debit cards which temporarily hold funds. This is not actually a charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account.

An order confirmation email will be sent at the time you place your order; once it leaves our facility, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order anytime online; all you need is your order number, email address, and billing zip code. Please note, it can take between 1-6 weeks for orders to ship during this time. Mail it back to us to process a return or exchange using the pre-paid shipping label included in your order. We will refund you (minus original shipping charges) in the same method you paid. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be made to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email.
