TIPS: If your inseam length falls between sizes, choose the longer size. If your chest or waist falls between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
1 Waist
Measure around your natural waistline. If you're not sure where the natural waist is, measure around where your pant waist normally sits. Make sure the tape is not too tight for a comfortable fit.
2 Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
3 Inseam
Measure the inseam of pants that fit well. Lay them flat, and measure along the inside leg from the crotch to the hem. If you don't have a pair that fit comfortably, measure from just below your crotch to the bottom of your ankle.

1 Neck
Measure around the middle of your neck. For a comfortable fit, make sure the measuring tape is not too tight.
2 Chest
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the take is close under your arms and flat across your back
3 Sleeve length
Hold one arm down at your side with your elbow slightly bent. Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down your arm, stopping at the wrist bone. This is easiest if someone helps.
