1 Chest

Measure under the arms around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

2 Waist

Measure around the natural waist (the narrowest point, at or just above the belly button).

3 Hips

Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.

4 Sleeve

Hold one arm down at your side with your elbow slightly bent. Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down your arm, stopping at the wrist bone. This is easiest if someone helps.

5 Inseam

Measure the inseam of pants that fit well. Lay them flat, and measure along the inside leg from the crotch to the hem. If you don't have a pair that fit comfortably, measure straight down, along the inside of the leg from the crotch to your ankle.
