I am having a problem placing an order online. What should I do?

If you have questions or concerns about your order, received an incorrect order or if there was something wrong with your merchandise, call our Customer Services Department at 1-800-453-3348.

How will Lee.com bill me when I make a purchase?

For your own security and protection (and ours), Lee.com will pre-authorize $1 to verify your billing address and credit card information. Upon successful pre-authorization, we will authorize the full amount of your purchase (plus any applicable tax and shipping charges). Please note that if the $1 pre-authorization fails, we will not proceed to authorize the full amount of your purchase and you will be unable to place your order.

When a purchase is made, these authorization charges are placed on your credit card which temporarily holds the funds on the account. This is not actually a charge to your account. The authorization (both the $1 and the full amount) will drop off from your account within 2-3 business days (depending on your the financial institution).

Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and Lee.com will collect payment and charge your card. If any items on your order are not fulfilled, the amount of the final payment collected will be reduced by the items not shipped.

I'm having a problem using my coupon/promo code.

Promotion or coupon codes are entered in step 4 of the checkout process. Certain thresholds or items may be required as stated for each code and most codes will have an expiration date. Please use capital letters when entering a promotion or coupon code. Please do not copy and paste the code. Only one promotion or coupon code may be applied per order. If you are having a problem using your coupon code, please contact Customer Services at 1.800.453.3348.

I'm getting an error message when I try to add a product to my Shopping Bag or My Lee List.

Please make sure when selecting your product that you select the color, size and inseam length. Even if there is only one inseam length available, it must be selected. If the waist or inseam buttons are "greyed" then that size combination is not currently available.

I received an email from info@lee.com - is this from Lee Jeans?

No. Lee Jeans and/or lee.com does not have an email address associated with info@lee.com

How do I return an item?


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. On the Packing Slip you received with your order is a Return Code section. Fill in the Return Code next to the item(s) you wish to return, enclose the completed slip with your returned merchandise and simply return the product by mail to:

To receive a refund, all products must be returned in original condition and all tags must be attached. Returns may not be made to the distribution center address from which it was shipped.

Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. Lee Jeans is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.

If you are returning a defective garment, please call Customer Services and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. You are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4-6 weeks and credit your card. Once the return has been processed please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

How do I get information on the status of the item I returned?

Please allow 7-10 business days for Lee to receive your return. Allow up to 30 days for processing of credit.

Can I cancel an order once I place it on Lee.com?

•Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by the United States Post Office (USPS).

EXPRESS SHIPPING

•Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.
•Express shipments will arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Express orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
•Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses

NON-US SHIPPING

•Lee Jeans ships only to United States and APO and FPO addresses.
•A United States billing address and credit card is required. We do not currently ship to US territories or to international addresses.

How do I pay for my order?

You need a credit or debit card to order from this site, so if you don?t have one you?ll have to send your Wish List to someone who does. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as payment. You can pay with a money order over the phone by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-453-3348 or you can visit our retail partners in your town for other payment options.

How will my credit card be secure?

•Lee Jeans has implemented Secure Socket Layer technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available.

•Your credit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it and is stored encrypted in our systems for ninety (90) days.

A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure."

How quickly will my order arrive?

• We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

• Orders entered into the online store will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out of our distribution center within two (2) to three (3) business days

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the Forgot Password link on the My Account sign in page, which will ask for your email address. After submitting, you will receive an email with a new temporary password. You can then reset your password to one you will remember.
