Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If your expectations are not met, you can return unworn items from your Lee.com order within 60 days of purchase. To receive your refund, please return items in original condition with tags attached. Items ordered from Lee.com may not be returned through retail stores.

Orders placed before October 10, 2022: Use the shipping label included with your package and follow the instructions on your packing slip.

Orders placed October 10, 2022 or later: To start your return, look up your order and click the Initiate Return button. If your order is eligible for a return, you will be able to print out a prepaid return shipping label. Note that a $6.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased on Lee.com can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returned garments must be in original unused condition with tags attached. Refunds are made to original form of payment less shipping fees. We will refund you for the returned product price. Shipping fees are not refunded. Effective October 10, 2022, all eligible U.S. returns will incur a $6.95 processing fee and all eligible Canada returns will incur a C$25.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. ​

US consumers who received a pre-paid return label with their order can contact us for a replacement.

If you don't have your order number, you can sign into your account and view your Order History. If you don't have an account, please contact us and we will send you your order number.

The return process is the same for any method of payment. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
