US Holiday Extension:
Orders placed 10/3/2024 – 12/31/2024 are eligible for return or exchange through 1/31/2025. Orders placed starting 1/1/2025 will adhere to the 30-day return policy. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Lee stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Lee.com purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange it for any reason within 30 days of purchase (orders placed prior to August 29, 2024 can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase).
Returns:
Returned garments must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items ordered from Lee.com may not be returned through retail stores. Items purchased at retail stores may not be returned to Lee.com.
For eligible US returns, a $7.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges:
Exchanged garments must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Items purchased at retail stores are not eligible for online exchanges at this time. Currently, we only allow size exchanges online. If you would like to try a different color, please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How can I make an exchange for a different color or size? +-
If you need a different size, you can do it all from your account. After signing into your account, go to Order History and click on the order with the item you want to exchange. Click “Exchange Item” and follow the instructions from there.
Additionally, you can use your order number, email address and billing zip code in our Order Lookup to start the exchange process.
If you are not satisfied with the color of your item and would like to try a different one, please contact us.
What if I don’t have an account?+-
If you do not have an account, you can look up your order Order Lookup. Then click Initiate Return or Exchange Item and follow the instructions.
What if I don’t have my order number or an account? +-
You can find your order confirmation number in the order email. If you don't have your order number, you can sign into your account and view your Order History. If you don't have an account, please contact us and we will give you your order number.
How and when will I receive my refund from a return/exchange? +-
Once we receive the returned or exchanged item, we will process your refund minus any return processing fee when applicable.
Can I return or exchange an item to a store if I purchase online? +-
Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged through our retail stores.
Can I return or exchange an item online if I purchase in-store? +-
Items purchased in-store may not be returned or exchanged online.
How do I return items that I purchased in a Lee Pop-up store?+-
Visit our Contact Us page and send us a request for a return. Please include your Order ID.
How do I get my shipping label for my return/exchange? +-
Once you complete processing your return/exchange you will have a label and form that you will need to print out.
Can I exchange for a new/different style? +-
For a new or different style than purchased, you will need to return the item and place a new order. If an item you selected is out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund.
What if the size I want is Out of Stock? +-
If the size you want it out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund.
What should I do if an item arrived defective or damaged? +-

How can I return an item using PayPal or Klarna?+-
The return process is the same for any method of payment. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method used to place your order.
What is the exchange process? +-
When you make an exchange you will checkout as normal and receive a new order for the products exchanged. You will not be charged any additional fee, you will just be charged the amount of your exchanged item.
In order to receive the refund from your original garment, you will need to print the label and form in order to return the item(s) you would like to exchange.
Can I exchange my Lee Reborn items? +-
Lee Reborn products are not eligible to be exchanged but refunded only.
