We want you to be happy with your order. If your expectations are not met, you can return unworn clothing items from your Lee.com order within 60 days of purchase. To receive your refund, please return items in original condition with tags attached. Items ordered from Lee.com may not be returned through retail stores.

U.S. Returns
To start a return, click here to look up your order and then click Initiate Return. All eligible returns will incur a $7.99 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Canada Returns
To start a return, click here to look up your order and then click Initiate Return. You'll be able to print out a prepaid shipping label to return your items. All eligible returns will incur a C$25 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy? +-
Most items purchased on Lee.com can be returned within 60 days of purchase*. Returned garments must be in original unused condition with tags attached. Refunds are made to original form of payment less shipping fees. We will refund you for the returned product price. Shipping fees are not refunded. All eligible U.S. returns will incur a $7.99 processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. All eligible Canada returns will incur a C$25 processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
*LEE X BE@RBRICK items that are noted as not returnable are not eligible for return.
How can I exchange? +-
If you need a different size, color, or style that better suits your needs, please contact us at (800) 453-3348 before initiating your return. We'll assist you with your replacement order. Currently, we do not offer exchanges on Canada orders.
What should I do if an item arrived defective or damaged? +-

What if I don't have my order number?+-
If you don't have your order number, you can sign into your account and view your Order History. If you don't have an account, please contact us and we will send you your order number.
How can I return an item using PayPal or Klarna?+-
The return process is the same for any method of payment. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
