How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, select your size, add it to your shopping bag and checkout. Or, if you know the name or style number of the product you would like to order online, type it into the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You can always call us and we can assist you with your online purchase over the phone. We can be reached at (800) 453-3348, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (EST).

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information. You can also track your order anytime online; all you need is your order number and email address.

How do I cancel/change my order?

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Don't worry though, you do have the option of returning your order once it has arrived at your door. If you would like to cancel, please call us at (800) 453-3348, Monday through Friday 8 am to 6pm (EST) and we will do our best to help.

How long do I wait before I receive my order?

It can take 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.  For standard shipping you should receive your order in 5-10 business days. For expedited shipping your order arrives within 2-3 business days.

How can I expect to receive my order?

We utilize various carriers for our shipments depending on the destination. 

Standard Shipping

  • Orders shipped within the Continental United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday, not including Holidays and weekends)
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by the United States Post Office (USPS)

Express Shipping

  • Express shipments will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from when your order ships (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Express orders placed Friday after 3 pm EST will not be processed until the following Monday
  • Express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses

Having problem with my order?

If you have questions or concerns about your order, received an incorrect order or if there was something wrong with your merchandise, please call our Consumer Relations Department at (800) 453-3348.  We are here to help Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (EST).

Why doesn't my promotion code work?

Promotion codes are entered during the checkout process. Certain thresholds or items may be required as stated in addition most codes will have an expiration date. 

Please note that copy/paste of codes may not work - it is best to key in the code.  One other thing to note, only one promotion code may be applied per order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or you can pay with your PayPal account. Please note if you use PayPal, products can only be sent to the address listed on the account.  Additionally, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.

How will my order be billed?

For your own security and protection (and ours), Lee.com will pre-authorize $1 to verify your billing address and credit card information. Upon successful pre-authorization, we will authorize the full amount of your purchase (plus any applicable tax and shipping charges). Please note that if the $1 pre-authorization fails, we will not proceed to authorize the full amount of your purchase and you will be unable to place your order.

When a purchase is made, these authorization charges are placed on your credit card which temporarily holds the funds on the account. This is not actually a charge to your account. The authorization (both the $1 and the full amount) will drop off from your account within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.

Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and Lee.com will collect payment and charge your card. If any items on your order are not fulfilled, the amount of the final payment collected will be reduced by the items not shipped.

How do I know my credit card/personal information is protected?

We understand the importance of your personal information remaining secure. We have taken several levels of precautions and have security measures in place to protect your information.

What are the charges for shipping?

We offer 2 methods of shipping, standard and express. For standard shipping you should receive your order in 5-10 business days. Express shipping arrives within 2-3 business days. Express shipping requires the same processing time as a standard order but is shipped faster.

Standard Shipping

 - For orders >$50  $5.95

 - Orders $50+   free standard shipping

Express Shipping

 - Any size order, $14.95

 - Note express shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses
