COMMON QUESTIONS

All promotional offers have the following restrictions unless otherwise posted: 

Discounts are valid on single shipment address in the United States and Canada.  Qualifying purchase based on pre-tax, post-discount amount and excludes Shipping & Handling charges. The Promotion will be applied, if eligible, in cart, only once per household and may not be combined with any other offer. Excludes Lee 101, Lee X Brooklyn Circus, Stormrider jackets, Women's Rider Jeans, Vintage jeans, Lee and Dragon Ball Z, Lee X Be@rbrick, Lee X Daydreamer, Lee X ROARINGWILD, Lee X The Hundreds, Lee X Basquiat, Dieseloves Lee, Lee X Angel Chen, Lee X HEYDUDE, Clearance, styles marked "New Lower Price" and other select styles. Offer valid on phone orders for products available online at Lee.com and orders placed online at Lee.com. Phone orders require a valid email address.  Not valid on purchases from retail stores where Lee products are sold. Void where prohibited.

Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, select your size, add it to your shopping bag and checkout. Or, if you know the name or style number of the product you would like to order online, type it into the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen. To ship internationally, look for the flag at the top of the page and select your location to switch countries. You can always call us and we can assist you with your online purchase over the phone. We can be reached at (800) 453-3348 .

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information.

If you have an account with us, you can see the status of an order by signing in and selecting your order ID. Guests can also track orders by clicking here.

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Don't worry though, you do have the option of returning your order once it has arrived at your door. Contact us if you need assistance.

It can take 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders shipped Standard usually arrive within 1 - 6 business days, based on location, from date of purchase. Select orders are shipped Standard 2-Day and they arrive within 2-3 business days. Standard shipments to PO Box addresses usually arrive within 3 - 11 business days and Standard shipments to APO/FPO addresses usually arrive within 9 - 15 business days.

Orders shipped Express usually arrive within 2 - 3 business days from date of purchase. Most orders ship the same or next business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders shipped Next Business Day usually arrive within 1 - 2 business days from date of purchase. Most orders placed by 1:30pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:30pm ET will ship next business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Canada orders shipped Standard usually arrive within 7-12 business days, based on location, from date of purchase. Currently, we do not offer Express shipping on Canada orders.

We ship anywhere within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses, and to most provinces in Canada. Currently, we do not offer shipping to the province of Quebec.

Promotion codes are entered during the checkout process. Certain thresholds or items may be required as stated in addition most codes will have an expiration date. 

Please note that copy/paste of codes may not work - it is best to key in the code.  One other thing to note, only one promotion code may be applied per order.

If you purchase an item on Lee.com at full price and then find it for sale on Lee.com at a lower price, a one-time price adjustment may be applied within 14 days of your original purchase date. Price adjustments apply only to the same item (same style, color, and size) purchased at full price (or with an ID.me discount applied to full price) on Lee.com. Price adjustments for online purchases cannot be made in-store. Price adjustments cannot be made for purchases made in retail stores or on third party websites. Items purchased as Final Sale or with Black Friday or Cyber Monday pricing are not eligible for a price adjustment.

Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment (processing times may vary). Please contact us to request a price adjustment and include your order number in your message. You must make your price adjustment request within 14 days of your original purchase to be eligible for an adjustment. We may require additional information, which may include proof of the lower price, in order to process a price adjustment request.

GENERAL

Lee branded merchandise can be purchased at any authorized retailer or Outlet stores. You can find your local authorized retailer by using the Store Locator feature at the top of your screen.

It's very easy to be added to our email list.  Simply visit our Sign up page and enter your email address.  

It's quite easy to change your email preferences. You can change your promotional email subscription preferences by clicking on an "unsubscribe" hyperlink contained in promotional emails we send you. Visit our Privacy Policy to learn more.  

Of course, you can find items you see online in your local Lee authorized retailer.  Our retailers may not carry every style, color or size.  It may be best to give them a call first before visiting.  To locate a local authorized retailer in your area, visit our Store Locator feature at the top of the page.
